The service

FullStaffed AI provides AI-powered phone answering, text messaging, appointment reminders, customer reactivation, and review-request services to med spas and aesthetic clinics, together with a reporting dashboard. The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis with no long-term contract; either party may cancel with notice effective at the end of the current billing month.

Clinic responsibilities

The clinic remains responsible for the accuracy of its business information, for having a lawful basis to contact the patients it uploads or connects, and for reviewing bookings on its own calendar. The service must not be used to send unsolicited marketing to purchased lists or to individuals who have not interacted with the clinic.

Not a medical service

FullStaffed AI schedules appointments and relays messages. It does not provide medical advice, triage, or emergency services, and callers are directed to contact emergency services where appropriate. No clinical records are created or stored.

Fees & third-party costs

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Carrier registration and per-message/per-minute charges from telephony providers are passed through where stated in the clinic's plan.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees paid by the clinic in the three months preceding the claim.
